Withdrawal

You have the right, within fourteen days without indication of reasons to revoke this agreement.

The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, which is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Balanced Solutions GmbH, Luzernerstrasse 56, 6403 Küssnacht am Rigi, Switzerland. Phone: 0041774409690. E-Mail: Info@fitocean.com) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a with the post sent letter or e-mail) about your decision to revoke this agreement. You can use the enclosed sample withdrawal form, but is not mandatory.

For the revocation period it is sufficient that the communication on the exercise of the right of withdrawal is started before the end of the withdrawal period submit.

Consequences of cancellation

If you revoke this agreement, we have to repay all payments that we receive from you, including the costs of supply (with the exception of the additional costs arising from the fact that you have choosen a different type of delivery than the offered by us, the cheapest standard delivery. Without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which the notification of its cancellation of this agreement has been received by us. For this we use the same payment that you have used for the original transaction. We can refuse the repayment until we have received the proof that you have returned the goods.

You have to send the goods without further delay and in any case no later than within fourteen days from the date on which you tell us about the withdrawal of this Treaty.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. The direct cost of returning the goods that are not normal to be sent by the post (forwarding goods), are estimated to be about 50 euros.

You must be responsible for a possible loss of value of the goods, if this loss in value is about the functioning of goods which can be determined to be caused by you.

The exclusion or premature termination of the right of withdrawal is when:

the right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers, who are at the time of contract are not a citizen of any Member State of the European Union and whose sole place of residence and delivery address at the time of concluding the contract is outside the European Union.

General Information

1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the product. Please send the goods as far as possible in the original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components back to us. If necessary, use a protective overpack. If you do not possess the original packing any more, please provide a suitable packaging for a sufficient protection against transport damage.

2) Please send the goods as far as possible not prepaid back to us.

3) Please note that the above paragraphs 1 to 2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
